Sieges

Overview

Sieges are World Events which may be picked up as a Votive objective, or simply initiated by approaching a captured fort.
The Envoy must breach highly-fortified Ode'n defenses, clearing multiple encounters until they reach a Sub-boss known as a Castellan at the end of the Siege.
Spawn Timer
Sieges can be completed once every 3 Hours.
Beware, Envoys: with the release of Preludes 15, Sieges now boast new randomised objectives, hazards and enemy compositions.
Sieges
The Siege locations currently available in the game, and their respective final boss encounters, are:
- Fort Curlail, featuring Castellan Huthra
- Fort Kearnhold, featuring Castellan Malrog
- Mirifuir, featuring Conductor Hydor, Conductor Benisun, and .
- Turret Jotar, newly released in Preludes 15.
The final fortress, Castle Kearnhold, may potentially feature as a fifth Siege. More information is to be revealed at TennoCon 2026.
Mechanics
Approach
By approaching a captured fort, Envoys will receive an indicator notifying them that they’ve begun a Siege. There is no shame in leaving to recoup, but should they leave, the Envoy will be alerted that they’re surrendering the Siege.
Each Siege features unique methods and mechanics for breaching its fortifications and progressing towards the Skylantern. For example, Fort Curlail requires the Envoy to obtain
to operate a nearby
Ode'n Bisulcamand destroy the front gate through sheer force.
See the page for each individual Siege for a walkthrough of their specific mechanics and other information.
Ode Infamy
The Ode are keen to know who’s stirring such turmoil upon their captured cobblestone. By completing Sieges, Envoys will earn Ode Infamy.
Earn Infamy
- Earn Infamy by successfully burning the Ode'n Skylantern at the end of the encounter.
- Earn Infamy by eliminating the present Agari.
Lose Infamy
- Lose Infamy with each death.
- Lose Infamy for each remaining Sinecure left standing.
- Lose Infamy for surrendering the Siege.
Expect the Ode to strike upon your gained Infamy in future updates, lest you fear their ire.
Note that Infamy currently does nothing.
Rewards

Envoys can expect to see Sieges dropping rewards related to the types of foes within, such as
from Fort Kearnhold. According to DE, these are in flux and under adjustment.
Rewards are granted after burning the Skylantern, not by slaying the Castellan.
