Silistavf
A staff gifted to accomplished Ode'n Starcasters. Within its hollow, the cosmos itself has been rendered in miniature. A pallid imitation. The Silistavf may be used to channel Voltaic magic in place of the stars, if of their influence its wielder is bereft. The burden of such mimicry crests even Ode'n capabilities, a single stavf requiring years of effort to forge.

Overview
Silistavf is an Ode'n Staff. It bears a unique moveset versus other staves in Soulframe, consisting of a four-strike Light Cast combo, and a powerful thrusting Heavy Cast.
Acquisition and Crafting
Despite being an Uncommon Weapon, Silistavf behaves like a Rare in that it must be Crafted using 
Fragments obtained via the Drop Sources below. It will not drop as a fully-built item like other Uncommon Weapons.
Once forged, Silistavf will be granted a random Craftwork. Is it assumed there is also a chance of it being 
Moonsteel, though no Envoy has yet been lucky enough to confirm this.
