An Envoy activates the Forburn Rune.
Overview
Forburn is a Rune for Shields that increases Flame damage on activation and grants an additional Attack Totem slot.
It imbues an additional Flame damage instance to the weapon that can ignite Foes, and may create explosions on hit. The damage instance is affected by Enemy Armour separately from the main hit.
