Time

Overview
Time in Soulframe may be measured in two distinct ways, each of which impacts different Gameplay mechanics:
- The passage of in-game time, which controls the Day-Night Cycle
- The passage of real-world time, which affects mechanics with Real-world Timers such as Crafting and Agari.
Day-Night Cycle
As the twin suns,
Moraand
Saphene, set - and
Iridisawakens - so too does day turn to night.
- Days on Alca last for ~32 Minutes of real-life time.
- Nights on Alca last for ~16 Minutes of real-life time.
Certain mechanics, such as the spawn of the
Fallen Jotaror Vadagar, depend on waiting until a particular time of day.
The current time of day may be checked by referencing the bottom-left of the World Map. The Envoy will also be notified at specific times of day (every ~16 real-world minutes) with one of the following messages:
Saphene Glows - Dawn
Mora Rises - Noon
Iridis Awakens - Nightfall
Each of these notifications will be presented alongside a Loot Summary which captures everything gained since the previous summary.
Real-world Timers
Various gameplay mechanics use a set amount of real-world time to determine progress, cooldowns, and respawns. These include:
Enclaves
Enclaves have a daily Standing cap of 16,000 Standing per day. The Standing cap resets at 00:00-UTC; it is unknown whether daylight savings affects this.
Agari, Sieges & World Events
Certain encounters throughout the world will respawn on a set cooldown timer. The specific amount of time for each encounter may be seen on their page.
