The moveset of Vetch differs slightly from other longswords, in that it bears a unique first heavy attack consisting of a direct thrust. Its sprinting heavy attack remains unchanged, however.

Prior to Preludes 13 Hotfix 2, Vetch used the default longsword moveset. With P13H2, its heavy combo was given the first move of the thrusting heavy combo previously held only by Dewelion.

Before the Virtues rework of Preludes 13, Vetch scaled with Courage, needing a minimum of 10.

Envoys with Fragments attained prior to Preludes 15 retained the ability to Craft Vetch with Tuvalkane at the cost of the original Crafting Requirements
