Oro's Well

Oro's Well is an ancient underground well located in the eastern reaches of Greater Curlail, near the very center of Midrath and to the east of Curlail. Legend says it was dug during the time of the Fey, by the moon deity

To the right-hand side of the shrine,

may be spoken with to peruse Avakot's Gots or play a game of Regatta. A

will often spawn to the left of him.

The well basin itself can be interacted with, rewarding a vision of the location of a hidden Dendrit Chest somewhere in Greater Curlail.

Initially, the location will be displayed as OROS WELL. You need to find 3 History motes at the location to unveil the name. To get all of them, you can either wait a full day/night cycle, relog, or go into a dungeon.

Before the times of men, there were the Fey. Alca's favoured children, she granted them a gift. A taste of mother's magicks. On the full tappers moon, she bid the first of Fey gather in the forest's clearing. Faces raised in a ring of clasped hands did they serenade bright Iridis with the voices of owls and crickets.

His face aglow with pride, Iridis cast a moonbeam so round and bright, it bore a hole right through the Fey ring, carving deep and low to Alca's centre. From this well, a spring of magick flowed. It bathed the Fey in power.

For an era of prosperity, the Fey drew wisdom and wishes from Alca's well. For an era of fervency, they sipped it dry. 'Twas not 'till Oro, son of Iridis came upon it, dripping with the salt of the Eastern seas, did the well fill at last with water. Still, Oro's Well bears the sweetest drink. Imbued as it is with trace of mother's magicks forevermore.

The well basin at the rear of the cavern can be interacted with to toss a coin inside, rewarding a vision of the location of a unique

located somewhere in Greater Curlail.
