The rune of the erst storm, the root of all rain. +200% Arcanic on a fully charged Heavy Cast.
An Envoy activates the Archstorm Rune.
Overview
Archstorm is a Rune for Magick Weapons that increases Arcanic damage on activation and grants an additional Defence Totem slot.
- Archstorm multiplies the the base hit entirely, thus the damage added is not affected by Enemy Armour.
