The rune of the Fey Torch, alight 'yond the veil. +250% Flame damage on a fully charged Heavy Attack.
An Envoy activates the Torcheternal Rune.
Overview
Torcheternal is a Rune for Polearms that increases Flame Damage on activation and grants an additional Attack Totem slot.
It imbues an additional Flame damage instance to the weapon that can ignite Foes, and may create explosions on hit. The damage instance is affected by Enemy Armour separately from the main hit.
