The Flitsmoke
The rune of smoke ephemeral. On fully charged Heavy Attack, you are cloaked in shadow for 6 seconds. Each stealth kill increases shadow duration by 3 seconds.
An Envoy activates the Flitsmoke Rune.
Overview
The Flitsmoke is a Rune for Short Blades that grants invisibility on Pull Smite, renewing some of its duration on stealth Finisher kills, and grants an additional Utility Totem slot.
Mechanics
- Foes are always open to finishers whilst The Flitsmoke is active.
- The kill does not have to be performed with the same Weapons - once Flitsmoke is active, the Envoy may perform stealth kills with their other weapon to renew the rune's effect.
- Stealth kills cannot increase the Rune duration beyond its maximum duration.
Trivia
- Despite the in-game description, the duration increase was originally applied after every stealth Finisher - it did not have to be a kill. This was fixed around the time of Preludes 13.
