Overview
Alca's Breath is a Rune for Bows that increases Arcanic damage on activation and grants an additional Utility Totem slot.
The additional damage is calculated as an extra damage instance, and is affected by Enemy Armour.
Foes will occasionally be afflicted by a "bullet attraction" field when hit by a weapon affected by Alca's Breath. Projectiles will be redirected to affected targets within the field's range, dealing full damage.
