The Envoy must face Nimrod during Brewer of Hues, and he may also be summoned by

during the Hark, the Collector World Event. However, placing a

Thunderstone

in the Ode cage after freeing the critters will prevent him from spawning.

Quell the Storm
The player may use a Cloudquell at any point during the Nimrod boss fight to dispel his storm and disable his healing - as well as his lightning attacks.
