pact in Soulframe.

CCs enemies near point of impact, and debuffs them to take more stagger.

• Initial AoE deals approx. [15 + Courage x 0.15 (rounded up)] Damage.

• AoE radius does not scale.

• Effect duration is [5.4 + 0.1 x Courage] seconds.
  • Bosses are stunned for half the duration.

• Enemies under Picktrix Powder's effect are typically immune to Finishers, though some exceptions exist.

• Affected enemies lose aggro.

• As of Preludes 14.5, arrow impact appears to deal 1 damage and not scale. Since the AoE deals more damage, this may be a bug.
  • Charging the shot does not increase the damage.
  • Arrow can trigger Smite.

• The Circade can be backstabbed whilst affected by Picktrix Powder.
