An Envoy activates the Torrent Rune.
Overview
The Torrent is a Rune for Bows which summons an Arrow Hail at the point of impact, and grants an additional Attack Totem slot.
Effects
- Summons an arrow hail at the point of impact. Fired arrows do not have to hit a Foe to trigger The Torrent.
- Appears to bypass a portion, but not all, of Enemy Armour. The exact amount is unknown.
Trivia
- Prior to the Rune Rework of Preludes 14, The Torrent would summon one additional arrow hail for each arrow fired during its duration. This included every individual arrow fired from your own Arrow Hail (i.e. each landed arrow would summon its own Torrent).
