Cloudquell is a consumable elixir in Soulframe. It clears overcast skies during Collector events, and disables

healing - as well as his lightning attacks. This also works to debuff

A maximum of 100 Cloudquell Elixirs may be held in the Envoy's Inventory.

Cloudquell can be brewed at

station after unlocking her in the Nightfold.

A free Cloudquell is granted immediately upon sending her to the Nightfold during the Brewer of Hues Fable.
