. Clan Jotar ruled over the land of Midrath throughout much of its history.

In the Year 603, during the Cassid Reign, a group of rebels formed from within the Dermak Undercity ruled over by Fenn Jotar. They called themselves the Baskers, and forged the courage of the sun goddess

into Wristcasters known as

Basker's Wrest

. Jotar watched in horror as the Baskers set their homeland ablaze in their retaliation against the Cassids, burning any who had collaborated with the invaders.

Wrote the nine laws of her reign at age nine. A legislation she upheld when she was crowned Queen of Midrath in the year 680.
