Established in the year 776 by the Schoolmaster Sicletrude. With humble beginnings as a library of Feybles, the Pensives Archive has grown into great Midrathian acclaim. The innermost chamber, Aurem Canus, draws eager Prentices from across the many Isles.

The College of Pensives

Location	[Greater Curlail]

Overview

The College of Pensives is a tower located in the southern region of Greater Curlail on the isle of Midrath. It is a spire-like college belonging to the Order of the Pensives, a group of scholars and philosophers.

Points of Interest

Upon first exploring the College, the Envoy can find Orlick the Bicameral in his chambers up the first flight of steps to begin The Last Pensive.

The Mini-Quest Burning Sage can be initiated by reading a Note found on the third floor of the College.

One of Avakot's guaranteed spawns for the Avakot's Gots store can be found in the orchard directly southeast of the College tower.

Further east of the orchard, amidst the rocky crags, the Mini-Quest Runner of the Rose can be initiated by reading a note found beside a skeleton.

Lore

Orlick the Bicameral

met his demise as he fell from the spire of the College.

When the College was invaded by the Sinecure, they burned every single one of the historical books stored within. It is hinted by Orlick, however, that these words may yet live on in the smoke of the History Motes found throughout the isle, and that they may be recovered with the Envoy's help.^[1]
